By checking the agreement box and submitting an item, you accept the terms below.
Ownership and authority
You certify that you own the submitted item or are legally authorized by its owner to sell it.
Authenticity
You certify that, to the best of your knowledge, the item is authentic and is not counterfeit, stolen, or otherwise unlawfully offered for sale.
False or misleading submissions
If you knowingly or materially misrepresent an item as authentic, you agree to repay all amounts paid and accept return of the item.
Resulting losses and costs
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to reimburse Luxury Buyback USA for reasonable, documented losses directly arising from that misrepresentation, including authentication, shipping, storage, reasonable attorneys' fees, and court costs.
